Duties and responsibilities:
·         1 thing they do is monitor patient condition by looking on their estate of health and wellbeing. Another thing they do is Supports patients by providing housekeeping and laundry services; shopping for food and other household requirements; preparing and serving meals and snacks; running errands.
Also other thing that there needs need to be meet or more slightly they get adjective when they don’t get the things they don’t get what they need

·         Protects the home care agency by adhering to professional standards, home care policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements.


Salary: Home health aides earned a median salary of $21,020 in 2013, or approximately $10 per hour, according to the BLS. The highest-paid earned about $29,480, while the lowest-paid earned about $16,690




Education: Creating a Safe, Effective Environment, Health Promotion and Maintenance, Nursing Skills, Health Care Administration, Patient Services, Verbal Communication, Listening, Training , Dependability, Emotional Control, Medical Teamwork







Reflection: no I won’t be one because it does not fit my description to work as a care giver but for parents this is a good job
