Allopathic Physician (M.D)
Duties and responsibilities: An
allopathic physician is a medical doctor who treats disorders and injuries by
using methods aimed at going against the problems. For example, an allopathic
physician will prescribe antibiotics to treat a bacterial infection. It is a
traditional method used by every allopathic physician and is a practice that is
most prevalent in the Western world. In general, allopathic medicine refers to
modern scientific medicine or biomedicine. Allopathic physicians rely on
patented pharmaceutical drugs, radiation and surgery to treat their patients.
This type of medical doctor will only use allopath’s and will tend to avoid the
use of non-allopathic or alternative medicine. Alternative to allopathic
medicine are naturopathic medicine and holistic medicine.
Salary: 100,000 -305,000
Education:
Most MD programs require 4
years of study, including emphasis on basic science, clinical work, and social
science. You must have on hand training on
the medical field so it would be a better experience and had more knowledge it’s
like any professional work you must also take basic science for about 1 year or
so that is the requirement to become a allopathic physician
Reflection: I would look forward to this on a
medical level but I would not consider if you’re looking for a doctor degree
