  • Ophthalmogist Duties and responsibilities: Ophthalmologists are physician who specialize in the treatment of eye disorder and diseases. They treat vision problem and write prescription for both pharmaceuticals. Most opthtalmogist are in private practice, however some are employed by hospitals or clinics, and other preform research Average salary: 90,000-1500, 000 Educational Requirement: Only physicians may study to become ophthalmogist. After completing medical school and an internship, an ophthalmologist must the complete a three to five year residency in an approved ophthalmologist program. After completing their residency program the must pass an examination to be certified   Reflation: I don’t know if I would become one, the salary is kind of good but this is medical field level that is kind of not my style but if I want to change my mind I would look into this.
