Health information specialist
Duties and responsibilities:
Medical records and health information technicians, commonly referred to as health information technicians, organize and manage health information data. They ensure its quality, accuracy, accessibility, and security in both paper and electronic systems. They use various classification systems to code and categorize patient information for insurance reimbursement purposes, for databases and registries, and to maintain patients’ medical and treatment histories. Also the health information specialist do is Health Information Technicians in handling medical data. Unlike positions in coding or IT, advanced study beyond a high school diploma is unnecessary. However, most positions prefer previous experience in the field and knowledge of healthcare IT systems, which can be obtained through courses at a junior college.
Salary: $34,160 per year
Education: Health information technicians typically need a postsecondary certificate to enter the occupation, although they may have an associate’s degree. Many employers also require professional certification.

Reflection: I think this is a good type of work if you are really in to it because no one can force to work a certain thing except if you live in country with dictator but anything is possible

Dermatology is the branch of medicine dealing with the hair, nails, skin and its diseases It is a specialty with both medical and surgical  A dermatologist treats diseases, in the widest sense, and some cosmetic problems of the skin, scalp, hair, and nails.

 

Salary: This is around $100,000-$500,000 a year depending where you’re working at.                   Education: Requirements. Dermatology is one of the most highly competitive medical fields, and requires several years of education and training. The first step is an undergraduate degree from a four-year college, including pre-medical courses in biology, organic chemistry, physics, and chemistry.

 

 

 

 

Reflection: I just got out of thanksgiving break recently so I don’t have not to reflect on, so I’m just taking it easy right now, but yeah this is a good type of job if you’re looking for a job to help out people this is the place to look for but must meet the requirement to at least qualify to be in this type of business
